Jasic MIG 350 Synergic Pulse Water Cooled MIG – Ex Hire & Refurbished
£2,500.00 exc VAT
The Jasic MIG 350 synergic pulse water cooled MIG welder can be used on all materials such as mild steel to reduce spatter (up to approx. 12mm to 12mm before needing spray transfer), but mainly used on aluminium and stainless for the below reasons:
- Protects the base parent metal from unnecessary weld heat input (controlled droplets) / prevents warp and distort.
- Better penetration.
- Faster deposition rate (quicker welds).
- Neater / more precise / better controlled welds.
- Less spatter / fume.
JASIC MANUAL PAGE 33 : 5. Voltage trim control dial
The voltage trim (Located on the wire feed unit), can be used to fine-tune the voltage parameter within a synergic program you have setup. By rotating the dial clockwise, you will increase the voltage by a maximum of 9.9V; this will give the effect of having less wire and a longer arc length. In contrast, rotating the dial anticlockwise will reduce the voltage by a maximum of -9.9V; this will give the effect of having more wire and a shorter arc length. When the display reads 0.0, you are at the standard synergic setting.
All fully refurbished inc. 6 months warranty (Brand new @ £4,700 + VAT inc. 5 years warranty).
